Can psychics read your spirit guides?

Just sharing a different viewpoint from an ethical psychic reader.

Not every psychic is a quack. Many connect with your higher self during a reading, which is why they ask for details like your birthdate, or a photo of you to connect. Not all psychics communicate with spirits either, so the idea of reading bound spirits might be new to them, especially if they're not conjurers. Even today, there are many psychics who don't work with spirits. But psychics can read bound companions. Even psychics who aren’t conjurers of these companions. 

The sole reason it’s different from psychic to psychic if you opt for someone to read your bound companions is because your companions only allow certain information to be obtained during these readings. Psychics can only access what they’re fed. For instance, if you send your spirit Z to psychic A, they might receive one piece of information, but psychic B could get something completely different from your friend Z, and so on. 

Some spirits might reach out to a psychic because that psychic has a special connection with you, whether from a past life or in this life. The spirits want to connect with you, but can't reach you somehow. So, they find it easier to come through someone else who acts as a bridge. I have had this happen to me before. 

Another important aspect that many psychics may not realize there are masks and illusions at play. These can lead them to mess up the reading of your companion, even if it feels spot-on to you. That’s why it's often recommended to consult the conjurer who introduced your companions for readings, because they understand their specific bindings better, and don't end up reading the masks.

Even if you have a reading that resonates deeply with you, it might not actually match what the companion was expressing. This isn't a reflection of the reader’s skills, but rather the illusions from the bindings that can obscure the spirit’s true message. And again, this is why it's best to avoid getting readings about your companions from psychics in general. 

Not every psychic faces this situation, but if you don’t have a clear channel to communicate with your companions, you can't verify and won’t even know if they do. The safest option is to try your best to connect with your friends using whatever methods work for you. If you don’t have a direct channel to talk to your friends without using third-party tools, it’s hard to verify the readings. Only seek these kinds of readings when you can confirm the details, so you can get an unbiased opinion from another person. 

The only reason anyone can read your spirits is that those spirits allow them to, and choose to share information with them. If not, they can’t read those spirits. If the messages you get are vague or general, it’s because your spirits are being vague about it, or the readers don’t want to push. If another psychic gives you a bit more information, it’s either because the spirits like the reader's general energy enough that they can provide a bit more juice. Or because that reader is very pushy and keeps pushing for more info. This is something bound spirits do not like as they feel forced to do so. I don’t think this is something that has been brought up before by anyone. 

Sure, even though spirits might share bits of info, despite them not enjoying it, but it's because you’ve already paid for those readings. They keep quiet about their feelings, and most of the time won't voice it, but deep down they do not like to be read. That’s why many ethical conjurers use bindings to protect their spirits from being read. This is one of the reasons why. These protections ensure that both the Keeper and the spirits’ privacy and interest are respected.

The only exception is if your spirit companions are nudging you to visit a specific psychic. It doesn’t matter if you’re unsure about where to find this psychic or if they even have a shop or whatever else. If you feel that push from your companions, it’s a sign to explore this option. They’ll guide you towards that psychic. There’s a reason behind that nudge, and only your companions and the psychic understand it.

I offer readings and divinations for Keepers and their spirit companions and unbound spirits related to them. When a Keeper asks me a question about a spirit, it’ll show information related to that spirit in answering the given question, without facilitating a direct meeting with that spirit at all, nor tapping into the spirit’s energy or the Keeper’s energy or any kind of energy related to both of them. I only share what I’m allowed to, so that’s the difference. 

If a spirit seeks me out on their own for a divination during my travel, then it’s a totally different story. The details will remain just between me and the spirit, even if they are bound to a human Keeper. I won’t share any of what we discuss during the divination with the human Keeper or anyone else. When a spirit meets someone, their intuition can tell them this is a being they can trust and open up about a very specific thing. This is also why some psychics receive much more information from spirits than others do for this reason as well. Aka the spirit’s intuition tells them to open up. But other than that, spirits don’t like to be read. This is something you should think about.
